We keep it simple. Most home sales in the Greater Boston area where we represent you as a Seller's Agent can be done for a 1.50% commission. With the new regulatory changes you will not have to pay a Buyer's Agent commission as that will be the responsibility of the Buyer. The commission covers all of our expenses including photography, marketing, open houses and consulting to help you get top dollar for your property.
